Well,

I've been gone a long time. 

I don't know where to begin with apologizing, life has been crazy ever since last February, so about a year now!  This kind of thing has never happened to me before, I've always had a drive to draw and a huge passion to always log on to this website everyday.  But that has not been the case for the longest time.  So I wanted to explain to you guys whats been happening to me and where my heart and head is at right now, compared to a year ago.  And how I feel about art and posting it on here.  I'm going to be vague with some details, due to privacy.

So around a year ago today, I broke up with my boyfriend at the time.  We ended it pretty mutually, it wasn't ended in bad blood whatsoever.  We just were at different places mentally, I was in college, ready to start my life, and he was still somewhere else.  Months went on and we wanted to keep it as a friend basis, I knew it would hurt him if I cut him off completely.  We tried being friends but it just wasn't working out, so we took a break.  Nothing terrible.

As I had this time to myself, I was with boyfriends for three years, so this time to myself was a nice refresher.  I meet some guys at my college that I liked, but it didn't work out.  I decided to join a dating site, suggested by my friend at the time.  I went on a couple dates then but they didn't work out either.  I was beginning to have second thoughts on me finding my perfect guy at all, especially on the site.

This was around the time I wanted to try being my ex's friend again, this was also the time, around April of 2015, that I met my current boyfriend.
He's all that and a bag of chips, let me tell you.

And ever since April it has been crazy for me.  I learned how to love someone again, and how it should be in a relationship, especially a healthy one.  I couldn't have snagged myself a better guy for me.  It has been so amazing and eye opening that we have taken some big life steps together.

Update to today, about almost a year later and I'm living in my own place, my first place, with the love of my life, and our two best friends.  With a cute little townhouse that reminds me of a Christmas village.

I've been getting some amazing job opportunities that would help me get into the field I want to be in, which is graphic design.  So right now, I could not be happier.  As for the ex situation, we are trying to be friends but sometimes it's on and off.  We are working through it though, because we were good friends when we were together.


So you can imagine how busy my life has been, with moving out, getting new jobs, and new opportunities, it's very crazy, but I love it.
But I've finally settled in and ready to try out DeviantART again!  My current boyfriend has really been helping me get my spark back, he loves to write and I love to draw, it's an amazing combo.  And I also can't thank Zach (Knightmare-Moon) enough, he's been there through it all, and helped me through everything. <3

Ever since last year I have been redefining my style and trying to find the one passion I want to show.  And I think I found it, and with a new fresh start here, with reorganizing my gallery and page, I think I'm ready.

My style is gonna be what my gallery consists of now, which I am very happy with.

Again, I am so sorry for the long wait I have been on, but I hope you guys can understand.
And here's to me starting this back up again!
